Silver Lining Jewels strongly suggests consulting a medical professional for the specifics of what you should have engraved on your medical ID alert jewelry.  We will not provide any advice on engraving.  Please refer to our engraving policy for more engraving details.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?  

Silver Lining Jewels will issue an exchange, refund or credit for the value of the product returned within 30 days of purchase on all products with the exception of books.  Products may be returned provided they have not been worn or engraved.  Please see return and exchange policy for complete details.
 

DOES SILVER LINING JEWELS OFFER A GUARANTEE?

Silver Lining Jewels will repair a broken product if returned within 90 days of purchase.  Beaded jewelry may be returned for re-stringing for a fee of $10.00 after 30 days of purchase.  Missing beads will be an additional charge.  Please see return and exchange policy for more detail.
