Silver Lining Jewels will process orders within 7 business days.  Delays can occur due to reasons such as backordered products.  You will be notified if your order takes longer than 7 days to process. 

 

  • Non receipt of orders must be reported within 30 days of placing the order.  Silver Lining Jewels is not responsible for replacing the order if an order is reported as not being received after 30 days.  The purchaser is entirely responsible for taking delivery of goods.  If the purchaser is unable to take delivery and the goods are returned to Silver Lining Jewels we will arrange redelivery at the purchaser’s expense.  In any event the delivery charges are non-refundable.

 

  • Silver Lining Jewels will issue an exchange, refund or credit for the value of the product returned within 30 days of purchase on all products with the exception of books.  Products may be returned provided they have not been worn or engraved.    

      

  • Defective products must be reported within 3 days of receipt of product in order for Silver Lining Jewels to provide a replacement.

 

  • Where there is a problem with your order, such as the wrong goods arrive or an item is missing, the purchaser must notify Silver Lining Jewels within 3 days of receiving the package.

 

  • Silver Lining Jewels will ONLY return or exchange an engraved product if we were responsible for an engraving error.  We will gladly provide the purchaser with a replacement. 

 

  • Silver Lining Jewels is not responsible for normal wear and tear such as scratches, dents, tarnishing, or loss of product.  

 

  • Silver Lining Jewels will repair a broken product if returned within 90 days of purchase.  Beaded jewelry may be returned for re-stringing for a fee of $10.00 after 30 days of purchase plus a return shipping fee.  Missing beads will be an additional charge.    

 

  • Silver Lining Jewels will NOT refund shipping & handling and engraving fees.

 


Return & Exchange Procedure:

Enclose the product in a padded envelope.  Include in the envelope a copy of your invoice, or a note including your name, address, and phone number.   

 

  • If returning, please include a note explaining the reason for the return.  All refunds will be issued to the credit card used to purchase the product.  

 

  • If exchanging, please provide a note explaining the reason for the exchange and the product and size that you are exchanging for.  The purchaser is responsible for all shipping & handling fees, including the fee for return shipping.  Unless otherwise specified, the credit card used to make the original purchase will be charged for the shipping & handling fee to return the exchanged product.  

 

  • Products must be mailed to Silver Lining Jewels using a guaranteed delivery service.  Silver Lining Jewels is not liable for lost or further damaged products on their return to us.
