Silver Lining Jewels will process orders within 7 business days.  Delays can occur due to reasons such as backordered products.  You will be notified if your order takes longer than 7 days to process.  Non receipt of orders must be reported within 30 days of placing the order.  Silver Lining Jewels is not responsible for replacing the order if an order is reported as not being received after 30 days.  The purchaser is entirely responsible for taking delivery of goods.  If the purchaser is unable to take delivery and the goods are returned to Silver Lining Jewels we will arrange redelivery at the purchaser’s expense.  In any event the delivery charges are non-refundable.

Expedited Parcel - This shipping service is a cost effective ground delivery service for documents and parcels within Canada.  Includes guaranteed delivery times of 1 business day for Local, 1 to 3 business days for Regional, and 2 to 7 business days for National.  These delivery standards are for items sent between most major urban centres and are dependant upon origin and destination.  Delivery confirmation is included providing the ability to track items from start to finish.  This shipping service includes up to $100 for loss or damage.   

Xpresspost - This shipping service is a fast and affordable way to get items where they need to go.  Includes on-time delivery guarantee times of next business day for Local, next business day - 2 business days for Regional, and 2 business days for National.  These delivery standards are for items sent between most major urban centres and are dependant upon origin and destination.  Delivery confirmation is included providing the ability to track items from start to finish.  This shipping service includes up to $100 for loss or damage.
