Heart Bracelet - Medical ID Alert Jewellery

This beautiful medical alert bracelet is made from "316L" stainless steel, which is a high grade of stainless steel also known as marine grade steel due to its high resistance to chloride corrosion.

This ID bracelet is available in sizes 7 inches, 7.5 inches, 8 inches, and 8.5 inches.  

The ID tag can be engraved on both the front and the back. The front engraving allows for one line of 15 characters, and the back engraving allows for 3 lines of 25 characters per line.  Please see engraving tab to enter engraving information. 

Measuring instructions for your medical alert bracelet: Using a measuring tape, measure the wrist that you plan to wear the ID bracelet on and measure it snugly at its smallest point. Silver Lining Jewels suggests adding 1 inch to that measurement for comfort. Medical alert bracelets do not fit like the average bracelets as the ID tags do not bend.
